Sara Heim

Director of Operations

Sara Heim is the Director of Operations, bringing more than eight years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, therapy services, and organizational management. She combines her clinical background as a pediatric physical therapist with a strategic, systems-focused approach to improving operations, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and delivering exceptional service.

Sara earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Touro College and recently completed her MBA, further strengthening her expertise in business strategy and organizational leadership. Throughout her career, she has led large therapy teams, partnered with school districts, and developed innovative processes that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and quality of care.

Although she has transitioned from clinical practice into operations, Sara remains passionate about the pediatric population and values the perspective her years as a pediatric physical therapist bring to her leadership role. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, cooking, boating, relaxing at the beach, and making memories with their two dogs.
