Gail Agovino is the Director of Recruitment at Family of Kidz. Gail is a seasoned recruitment professional with over a decade of experience in the field. Prior to joining Family of Kidz, she was the Senior Recruiter at Signify Health focused on company growth and implementation of their new ATS.

Gail has a proven track record of success in attracting and retaining top talent and is dedicated to building a strong and diverse team that is well-equipped to support the growth and success of Family of Kidz. With her extensive experience and expertise in recruitment, she is committed to the continued success of the company.

Gail attained her Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Certifications at Pace University. She also studied Journalism and Communications at College of Staten Island. In her free time, Gail can be found home with her husband and kids (dogs included) watching a show or having fun outdoors.
