Barbara is the Vice President of Human Resources at Family of Kidz, where she champions the organization’s people strategy and cultivates a collaborative, empowered culture. Partnering with executive leadership, she ensures HR practices align with company goals while prioritizing employee well-being by creating sustainable and engaging programs to build and retain our exceptional team of professionals.

With extensive experience in designing inclusive, people-first workplaces, Barbara combines empathy, strategic vision, and practical leadership. She spearheads initiatives that drive engagement, promote wellness, and support professional growth, all while upholding high standards of compliance and integrity.

A hands-on leader, Barbara collaborates across all levels of the organization to strengthen team dynamics, elevate performance, and ensure every employee has the opportunity to thrive. She firmly believes that people are an organization’s greatest asset—and is committed to helping each team member reach their full potential.

Barbara is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and holds the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential. She remains deeply engaged in the HR community, continually expanding her knowledge and contributing to the advancement of her profession.

Barbara is an active Yogi and loves getting dusty exploring antique shops. Barbara and her husband Paul are the proud parents of two children and grandparents to three grandgirls!
