This session will cover strategies for managing behaviors related to Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) across primary and secondary levels. Strategies derived from the princples of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) and materials to support staff in a variety of school settings will be discussed and distributed (e.g., behavioral cheat guides, integrity checks, behavior protocols, crisis, and elopement plans and more). How to support team members, present at meetings, make home-school connections with families, problem solve and work with administration will also be discussed.
